Pre-test, discuss results and establish prior knowledge
Introduce modern terms and recap on Wheel Alignment Angles
Outline the effect of the various Angles on drive & tyre wear
Establish the advantages of 4 Wheel Alignment
Demonstrate the uses of the types of run out
Conduct a full Alignment routine to establish consistent results

12.45pm - 1.15pm Lunch Break

1.15pm - 4.00pm Use of equipment by trainees to include:

- customer & vehicle information
- setting up
- run out & castor swing
- print out and evaluate results
- adjustments & jack and hold
- print adjusted specifications

Practical use of the equipment using as many different types of vehicle as possible

4.00pm - 4.30pm Post Test – Discussion – Questions & Answers
