Simply attach the magnetic pick up to a metal part of the engine and bingo, the CDSS1 does the rest, transferring vibration to an accurate RPM reading. It works equally well on petrol or diesel engines. Can be used with almost any existing gas analyser fitted with an inductive speed pickup.
