For the first time this training is available to users of any equipment; the courses available aren’t product specific, they are generic in their make up.The aim of the following courses is to build confidence and expertise through systematic ‘hands-on’ experience.

The foundation of all good diagnosis is simple routes and routines. Every difficult diagnostic task can be broken down into three or four key decision stages. The underlying principle of all our courses is to identify these key stages and develop the ‘right fix routine’.
