Continental's Market Leading Combined Smoke and Gas Emissions Analyser (CCP1000 series) is DVSA approved as Connected Equipment for testing petrol and diesel engines.
It’s built on our years of experience with the Crypton brand. Available with either cable connected or Bluetooth smoke head and accessories for maximum flexibility.
Its Control Centre is the heart of the MOT package, which not only operates the emissions tester, but also the Continental brake tester (when purchased). Its cabinet is robust and mobile, making it perfect for the garage environment. With a large 27" coloured screen, you can easily read results from around your workshop, but have the option of adding a 40" wall-mounted monitor.
Futureproof - the CCP1000 cabinet has been designed from the outset to house a Particulate number counter module (PNC) ahead of any future legislative requirement.
The CCP1000 is complete with 3 years manufacturer's warranty and initial calibrations included as standard. To keep your emissions tester running at peak performance, we have a range of calibration contracts available or why not upgrade to our 5 years extended care package for complete peace of mind.
The DAD-C1 (VCI) is standard on the Bluetooth combined analyser and can deliver engine speed (RPM) and engine temperature into the Diesel MOT emissions test routine quickly and accurately. Also available on the cabled unit as an option.
Please note: As all new MOT emissions equipment is required to be connected a reliable internet connection is required, a cabled connection is recommended. Engineer visits will be charged if any faults are traced to internet issues.

2. Where are the Continental emissions testers made?
Our emissions testers are manufactured and supported by Continental in the UK.

3. What is the lead time?
Our emissions testers have a 24 hour lead time with next day delivery when orders are placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

4. Does it come with calibrations?
Yes. Our emissions testers come with initial calibrations included. You can then take out an annual calibration agreement which includes 2 gas and 1 smoke as required by DVSA. We also have our standard service warranty agreement and 5 years extended care.

5. What service contracts are available?
You can take out a standard service warranty agreement, a calibration agreement or for complete peace of mind, our 5 years extended care package. Our extended care can only be purchased up to 6 months of purchasing the emissions unit.

6. Are your emissions testers approved as 'connected equipment'?
Yes. As a founding member of the GEA (Garage Equipment Association), we work closely with the DVSA to ensure our equipment meets the latest regulations. You can be rest assured our smoke meters and gas analysers have connected approval from ther DVSA.
