"We started looking at installing an MOT station last January, but this was obviously delayed with the pandemic and lockdown. However, fortunately we ‘went live’ on Christmas Eve, and we are delighted with the Crypton equipment and how its working for us. Every step of the way, Richard and his team at Crypton were in contact with us. No matter what our question, or what time of day, Richard made himself available to us. With us being located so far in the North of Scotland, we were worried there may be logistical issues, but everything went seamlessly.
Our lift is surface mounted and has long run-on ramps which helps to accommodate lower vehicles. The lift is quiet and smooth in operation, and very easy to use. The play detectors makes finding faults in steering and suspension much easier too! The emissions tester and brake tester both have easy to follow, step by step on screen instructions. Our brake tester also has a 4wd option which works well. All in all, we are delighted with both the equipment and excellent customer service we received from Crypton. We would definitely use them again."
