Following testing, we have a solution to the issues by the Windows 10 update.
Please contact Microsoft to recover your operating system and then contact us on 0121 725 1400 (option 4 for support) to reinstall the Crypton software.
If you have already contacted us, our support team will be contating you today.
14th October 2018, 8am:
Our engineers are continuing to work on the problem and we anticipate that the support team will be contacting customers on Monday to start reinstalling files removed during the Microsoft recovery provess.

12th October 2018, 2pm:
We are aware that some customers have experienced issues with the latest Microsoft updates causing the PC on their emissions tester to fail.
This is a Microsoft update problem and not a fault with your Crypton equipment or software.
If your PC has been affected, please contact Microsoft to recover your PC. Once your PC is up and running again, the Crypton program 'may' no longer be available.
Please be assured that our engineers are currently working on this issue and we will update this page as soon as we have a solution or update.
