CCP1000 Combined Emissions Analyser

The CCP1000 series is a market-leading combined smoke and gas emissions analyser, DVSA approved as Connected Equipment for testing petrol and diesel engines.

Developed using decades of Crypton expertise, the CCP1000 is available with either a cabled or Bluetooth smoke head, supported by a wide range of accessories to provide maximum flexibility for today’s workshops.

At the centre of the system is the Control Centre, which operates both the emissions analyser and, when purchased, the Crypton brake tester. Housed in a robust, mobile cabinet, it is built to withstand the demands of a busy garage environment.

The CCP1000 cabinet has been designed from the outset to accommodate a Particulate Number Counter (PNC) module, ensuring the system is prepared for future legislative requirements.

A large 27" colour display allows test results to be viewed clearly from across the workshop, with the option to add a 40" wall-mounted monitor for even greater visibility.

The CCP1000 cabinet has been designed from the outset to accommodate a Particulate Number Counter (PNC) module, ensuring the system is prepared for future legislative requirements.

The CCP1000 is supplied with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty and  calibrated from the factory. To keep your analyser operating at peak performance, a range of calibration contracts is available, or you can upgrade to a 5-year Extended Care Package for complete peace of mind.

The DAD-C1 Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) is supplied as standard with the Bluetooth combined analyser, delivering fast and accurate engine speed (RPM) and engine temperature data directly into the Diesel MOT emissions test routine. This is also available as an option on the cabled unit.

As all new MOT emissions equipment must operate as connected equipment, a reliable internet connection is required. A cabled internet connection is recommended for optimum reliability.
