HGV Brake Tester

The Crypton RBT1850 roller brake tester is engineered to handle high daily testing volumes for both light and heavy vehicles, supporting axle loads of up to 20,000 kg. It is DVSA approved for Standard, ATL and ATF installations, including compliance with the latest 2022 ATF software, and is suitable for testing Class 4, 5 (HGV / PSV) and Class 7 vehicles.

Designed for fast and efficient brake assessment, the RBT1850 accurately measures maximum braking force across all axles, covering service, secondary and parking brakes. It also identifies brake ovality in discs and drums, providing a clear indication of braking system condition and performance.
