Play Detector

The electro-hydraulic APD1850 play detector is designed to assess the condition of vehicle axles and their components by clearly identifying wear and resulting play. Suitable for vehicles up to 18 tonnes, it provides a reliable and effective solution for both inspection and diagnostic applications.

The system features two test plates installed at ground level, allowing safe and convenient vehicle positioning. Plate movements are precisely controlled using a hand-held control torch, giving the operator clear visibility and accurate control throughout the inspection process.

Each test plate offers four directional movements, all operated through a single control device, enabling comprehensive axle and suspension checks with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.
